First, one of our RNs will conduct a full nursing assessment and design a customized personal care plan. She will then supervise the caregiver, conduct periodic nursing assessments, and monitor your loved one’s care to make sure it stays in line with his or her changing needs.
One of our RNs will also visit your loved one on a regular basis to assess any possible “red flags” you need to be aware of or new care options you may want to consider.
