In addition to Medicaid services, On Call Care Services, LLC provides home care and non-medical support services to persons who pay for the services themselves or are covered by third-party payers
Whether your loved ones need a little—or a lot—of assistance with daily living activities, non-medical supportive care can help them live more safely and independently, provide a much-needed break for family caregivers, and prevent or delay moving to a nursing home.
Services are provided on an hourly basis with a minimum of three consecutive hours required for most. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, to provide care in homes, hospitals, senior communities, assisted living and long-term care facilities, service area. For insurance cases, On Call care Services will verify the patient’s coverage, including any co-payment, and bill the insurance company or other third-party payer for the patient. For our clients’ protection, caregivers are screened, referenced, and verified through extensive criminal history checks and drug testing; and are trained, bonded and insured prior to being assigned to a customer’s home. VNA Plus assumes all responsibility for payroll, taxes and workers’ compensation insurance.
